Sankalp Yatra — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Short version: Sankalp Yatra collects nothing. The app works fully offline and does not even request the Internet permission. Everything you enter stays on your phone.
What the app stores — only on your device
• Your name (optional), the date your yatra started and your reminder times.
• For each day: which of the eight tasks you ticked, and the "chamatkar" and "blessing" lines you write.
• If you choose one, a copy of your vision-board photo (resized), kept in the app's private storage.
This data never leaves your device through the app. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
Photos
When you add a vision board, you pick one image with Android's system photo picker. The app receives only that image, makes a private copy of it, and never sees the rest of your gallery.
Notifications
The app asks for permission to show daily reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your phone; no data is sent anywhere to produce them. You can switch each reminder off in the app's Settings.
Sharing and backups — only when you tap
When you tap "Score bhejiye", the app prepares a text message or an image card and hands it to the app you choose (for example WhatsApp). When you make a backup, the app writes a file to the place you choose or hands it to the app you choose. What happens to shared messages and files afterwards is governed by those apps.
Android backup
If you have turned on Android's own device backup, Android may include this app's data in your personal Google backup, like other apps. This is controlled by your phone's settings, not by the app.
Deleting your data
Settings → "Sab data mitaiye" erases everything. Uninstalling the app also removes all of its data from the phone.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
